Final Cut Feedback

Genre and generic conventions: Lots of artist facing the camera shots, centered around the artist which is a convention of solo artists.

Target audience: Shot in a play park which shows it was targeted at a slightly younger audience. Also shows how it could be liked by teens as the video involves a lot of shots of the artist.

Cinematography: Kept the camera still, framed well, zooms worked well, lots of good different angles.

Editing: Needed more transitions etc, liked the sped up bit at the start, probably needed something more than just a fade out at the end.

Mise en scene: The park was a good setting for a fun loving video, the outdoors was good for the acoustic kind of video and reminded people of good indie solo artists.

Similarity and intertextuality: Reminded people of other artists like Jack Johnson,
